How far away do you think we are from the first digital camera with integrated Windows XP? Or perhaps the other way round. A UMPC with a detachable 5 mega-pixel optical camera, flash, flash sync output and tripod mounting point.

I think its closer than we think.

PocketPC-Solutions, the only retailer of the Vega ultra mobile PC in Europe at the moment, have announced the availability of a nice leather case for the Vega UMPC.   Posh. No man-bag worries here! There’s an integrated stand too. The Vega doesn’t have a stand so this is very nice indeed. I’m going to have to get myself one of these.
