According to our anonymous tipster, things have pepped up quite considerably under the hood, and internal memory has been bumped to 180MB, but the architecture is relatively unchanged

If the tipster got the images right then we can assume they know about the specs. We really really really hope that they've bumped the processing power up. There will be tears otherwise.

John Tokash has some size analysis. 

We'll probably see this announced by Nokia in the next few day so all will be revealed soon.

Nokia N800 Internet Tablet appears from nowhere.

Nokia are usually pretty good at preventing leaks but this one just slipped through the net and landed on a CompUSA store shelf. Just like that! The Nokia N800 (interesting that Nokia have but it under the ‘N’ brand) Internet Tablet.
