Via have confirmed the final specs and launch details for the Everex Cloudbook. 6 months ago we would have been stunned by a ultra mobile PC going in at this price – $399 – but the market has changed quickly since ASUS introduced the Eee PC. The Cloudbook sets a new standard by offering a 30GB hard drive and DVI port.
