Below you’ll see a video of WebOS running on the Aigo P8860 MID [Portal page]. One little caveat, its an emulator. Still, everything looks to be running fine, and WebOS is certainly better oriented for a touch based computing experience, so maybe it even has some viability for usage? It seems that the emulator was given out to developers, though you may be able to find it yourself if you search hard enough.

As just revealed by our short little poll, many of you really looking forward to the Asus Eee T91 (so are we!). The first model available will have a slick black casing and will cost $499 from Dynamism. Seems like the T91 will be in high demand and low supply upon initial release, Dynamism recommends pre-ordering quickly if you want in on […]

Nothing like waiting months for an official announcement only to get two sentences through twitter! Oh well, I suppose this is as official as Asus will get for now. As you can see above, the Asus North America twitter account has tweeted to let us all know that the T91 [Portal page] will be available on July 15th in limited quantity. And I suppose that’s really all there is to it. Good luck securing one from the ‘limited quantity’. (Points for the video game allusion in the title) via [Liliputing]

To that end I’ve put together a ultra mobile PC set-up that I’ll keep as my main mobile set-up for the whole month. It’s based on the Fujitsu Loox U/50 which is one of the most […]

Sony has been resistant to admit that the netbook is something that consumers want for quite a long time. The closest thing they’ve released to a netbook to date is the Sony VAIO P [Portal page] and that is really stretching it. Sony itself doesn’t consider the VAIO P a netbook and certainly doesn’t market or price it like one. You could say that Sony makes premium computers, which are often of good build quality, but come with a price to match. It is plain to see why a netbook […]
