If you’re looking to pick up the iPhone 4S before you are due for an upgrade, expect to pay a pretty penny, especially for the 64GB version. Here’s what you’ll be looking at:
- $449 – 16GB
- $549 – 32GB
- $649 – 64GB
You can also still pick up the iPhone 4 off-contract for $349, or the 3GS for $199. Of course, if you wait for your upgrade, Apple will gladly hack $250 off of these prices for the iPhone 4S or iPhone 4, or drop the 3GS from $199 to free!
These prices are based on what AT&T is asking and Verizon’s off-contract prices may vary. Apple never made a CDMA version of the iPhone 3GS so you obviously don’t have the option for a $199 or free 3GS from them.
