Multi windowing, collaboration, ‘full size’ virtual keyboard, digitizer, and performance with a 12-inch screen. Sounds like an Windows Tablet right? No, Samsung have launched the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro, a 12-inch tablet running Android.

Its been rumored for a while but its now official, the Asus  VivoTab Note 8 has been announced by Asus and its set to take on it’s 8 inch brethren as it brings with it a feature that’s been missing for a lot of users from the current crop of  portable Windows tablets. At a presentation today Intel introduced Realsense Technology and showed three ultrabook-like products that will include the 3D camera hardware. Lenovo, ASUS and Dell are on-board.

Toshiba Kirabook was the first Ultrabook with a display resolution higher than full HD, coming with a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution and it has now been upgraded with Intel’s 4th generation CPU,  bringing improved battery life and graphics to compete with the current wave of ultra high res Ultrabooks.  

HP’s 2-in-1 range is expanding with the HP Pro x2 410 which appears to be a variant of the HP Pavilion X2. Official details aren’t yet available but HP does have a teaser page up which calls it a notebook. Reports from other tech news sites say it’s fanless, has an additional battery in the keyboard  and weighs 3.43 pounds in total.
