Help us choose the MID Moves Logo

…and many more submissions at Crowdspring.

When we got together for a team skype a few days ago we unanimously decided that we needed a logo. With just days to go before launch (Jenn has already packed!) I thought is was a non-starter to get going on a logo until Nicole highlighted Crowdspring, a web-based creative project market. You, the buyer, submit your requirements and the community of designers submit proposals. Wow! Within 30 minutes we had a proposal and it hasn’t stopped since. We’ve had over 80 submissions and about 30 remain in the running to be ‘winner’ and serve as our logo.

We have a shortlist already but we’d love your feedback over the next few hours. Check out the entries and ‘love’ any that you see by clicking on the overview logo and voting through the ‘people love it’ area. This evening we’ll make a final decision and get the artwork completed for Monday.

There are other nice ones as well, but this is the only one which really incorporates the mobile part of it. I do not have that much of a problem with the d as it is part of the swoosh :)

Ewan indicated he liked it too. It looks like we have a wrap. Just checking with community on FF and twitter and then ill buy.

I just closed the crowdspring project by choosing that logo. Waiting for final artwork and then it will go live.

To add to my comment on Twitter – thanks so much for giving the 12,000 creatives (from 130+ countries) who work on crowdSPRING an opportunity to help with your new logo for Mid Moves – and for writing about it here. You’ve made an outstanding choice!

Best of luck at MBC09 in Hamburg this coming week!

Mid Moves sounds like a fun project – (ironically, as I type, my brand new Intel Quad Core CPU sits right by me – I’m building a new system).
