[Details here] and compared to the gOS-based Cloudbook it's got a better build, better spec and runs Windows XP which I think will satisfy more people than gOS. It might get Everex back into Wal-Mart too!

Its being launched in Japan but if the Everex plan is as it was before Christmas, this is due to hit the US market. It won't appear in Europe as Belinea seem to have dibs on it over here and are calling it the S.Book. JKK and myself got hands-on with this hardware at CeBIT and we've got a video to put up. I've also got a review from the UMPCPortal sponsored S.Book user to share  so stay tuned for those items coming very soon.

Expect this version to roll-out fairly quickly in the US. Why? Because it’s a far better option than the Cloudbook with gOS in my opinion. It’s the Everex CE that they announced last year if my memory serves me correctly [Details here] and compared to the gOS-based Cloudbook it’s got a better build, better spec and runs Windows XP which I think will satisfy more people than gOS. It might get Everex back into Wal-Mart too!
