Baytrail-M is the platform that we’re generally expecting to see in low-cost touchscreen laptops but it’s just shown-up in a 10-inch low-cost tablet from ChiliGREEN. In Europe, the is now the lowest cost 10-inch Baytrail tablet available at just 329 Euro (Austria, 274 Euro before tax.)

You can see where they’re cutting cost; A 1280×800 touchscreen is hardly optimal for 10 Windows 8.1 on a 10-inch screen but if the price drops a bit to 299 it will at least create an interesting price-point for other 10-inch products to aim for.
USB3.0 on-board is fairly unique and the SSD could be SATA connected so there are a couple of things to check out in future reviews.
The Bluetooth keyboard case looks like it’s worth checking out a 64 Euro.
