The ASUS T300 with Haswell was kind of a known factor back in June but today ASUS made that official with the Transformer Book T300 announcement. This 13.3” 2-in-1 will benefit greatly from Haswell but it looks like ASUS haven’t done any re-design around it. It still weighs 1.9KG

The tablet component weighs 1.1KG which is far more than it needs to, especially now that Haswell is here and some even lower TDP CPUs are coming.
As for pricing and availability, well, how about ‘unknown.’ At least we’ll get some hands-on for you at IFA over the next few days. Until then…
As far as I am concerned, the redesign and changes made here are every bit right, except that Asus have not been forward looking enough to add in 4G connectivity. Hasn’t the tablet been designed for portability/road warriors? These are people who will just bring the tablet along for battles and leave the keyboard dock back in the office or home.
Of course, one would wish the tablet to be as light as possible.
