2nd-tier Ultrabook brands are popping up all over the place. Usually focused on a local country market they often offer some interesting entry-level prices and configuration flexibility. Novatech, in the UK, have their nFinity range and they’ve updated it to offer Ivy Bridge processors in the nFinity n1402 and n1403 models.
The previously available nFinity 2637 is no longer available but that range has now been replaced with the n1401, n1402 and n1403 – all 14” models with a 1366×768 screen.
The nFinity n1401 offers entry level Sandy Bridge Core i3 for a pre-tax, no-OS price of £395.82 – interesting for Linux fans – but it’s the n1402 and n1403 that offer the Ivy Bridge cores.
